Pastor Author, pastor, faith-healer, and television presenter Chris Oyakhilome (also called Pastor Chris) is the founder of LoveWorld Incorporated. The business, also known as Christ Embassy is based out of Lagos, Nigeria. He has impressed millions around the world with his distinctive telling of the Word of God.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome is a Nigerian Christian, born in December 63 in Edo State.  Pastor Chris Oyakhilome He was raised by his loving parents. He is the youngest son of Elder T.E Oyakhilome. Angelina, one of the early pioneers of the Assemblies of God Church in Benin City, as well as the matriarch of Oyakhilome's Oyakhilome family, who instilled her divine grace on her son at a very young age.

The LoveWorld ministry is a family effort. Reverend Ken is his brother. He is the revered minister of Christ Embassy's Houston Texas Church and a member on Christ Embassy Central Executive Council. KattyWorghiren serves as the director of the LoveWorld Music and Arts Ministry(LMAM) in which several gospel artists are among the top-selling in the world.

Pastor Chris has two daughters: Carissa Sharon and Charlene. Carissa Sharon, also known by CSO she has chosen to follow in the footsteps of her father and share the Gospel of God the world. She is a talented gospel singer who has won awards and is an active member of the LoveWorld Music and Arts Family.

Pastor Chris Oyakhilome started his education in Edo College. After a grant was made to study architecture at Bendel State University (now Ambrose Ali University), he earned an BSc degree in Architecture, and an honorary Doctor of Science. He also holds an honourary doctorate in divinity from Benson Idahosa University. Ambrose Ali University was where he discovered his calling to serve the Lord and become a minister.

While still in university While still in university, the Man of God began what would turn out to be the biggest congregation in the world. It started with a small group of prayer called 'Youth For Christ'. The group would later become the basis for LoveWorld Incorporated and Christ Embassy with a later number of millions of followers around the world.

The LoveWorld ministry was launched under the leadership of Pastor Chris. It's a leader in satellite television, Christian TV production and programming. The Man of God established NGOs to deliver vital services and bring hope for the poor, in need and neglected. Five partners make up COFI and are working to raise living standards in the poorest regions.

COFI manages the InnerCity Mission, ICM for Children, the Volunteer Medical Corps and Trauma International Foundation (TCIF), Future Africa Leaders Foundation , and the Bible For All Mission. Each of these organizations strives to improve the lives, health and spirits of the most in need.
